0cc0320ac1 docs: fix incorrect dev DB reset path in AGENTS.md 
The embedded PostgreSQL data directory moved to ~/.paperclip/instances/default/db
but AGENTS.md still referenced the old data/pglite path.

68171c4797 docs: add missing directories to AGENTS.md repo map 
Add cli/, skills/, docs/, tests/, scripts/, and docker/ entries to the
repo map in AGENTS.md so contributors can locate all top-level packages.

e186449f94 docs: update adapter list and repo map accuracy 
- Add missing adapters (opencode_local, hermes_local, cursor, pi_local,
  openclaw_gateway) to agents-runtime.md
- Document bootstrapPromptTemplate in prompt templates section
- Update AGENTS.md repo map with packages/adapters, adapter-utils, plugins
- Fix troubleshooting section to reference all local CLI adapters

633885b57a fix: remove stale port 5173 references from board mutation guard 
Update dev origin allowlist and tests to use port 3100 only, matching
the unified dev server setup. Fix AGENTS.md and README accordingly.

fade29fc3e Reorganize docs and add implementation spec 
Move GOAL.md, PRODUCT.md, SPEC.md from repo root into doc/. Add
AGENTS.md (contributor guidance), doc/DEVELOPING.md (dev setup),
doc/SPEC-implementation.md (V1 implementation contract), and
doc/specs/ui.md (UI design spec). Update ClipHub doc.
