Devin Foley 80766e589c Clarify docs: skills go to the effective CODEX_HOME, not ~/.codex ... The previous documentation parenthetical "(defaulting to ~/.codex/skills/)" was misleading because Paperclip almost always sets CODEX_HOME to a per-company managed home.
