Shared primitives (Field, ToggleField, ToggleWithNumber, CollapsibleSection, DraftInput, DraftTextarea, DraftNumberInput, HintIcon, help text, adapterLabels, roleLabels) extracted into agent-config-primitives.tsx. AgentConfigForm is a dual-mode form supporting both create (controlled values) and edit (save-on-blur per field) modes, used by NewAgentDialog and AgentDetail.
