Devin Foley e58a2330a6 Address Greptile feedback: clear debounce timer, deduplicate util, fix completed-run display 
- Clear the lastOutputAt debounce timer on run completion to avoid
  stale writes after the run finishes
- Replace local formatRelativeTime with existing relativeTime util
- Fix completed-run display in LiveRunWidget to show finish time
  instead of unconditionally showing lastOutputAt

What gets published

The npm package contains the production build under dist/. It does not ship the UI source tree or workspace-only dependencies.

Typical use

Install the package, then serve or copy the built files from node_modules/@paperclipai/ui/dist.
