Mikkel Georgsen 1dff4630fe fix: use FastMCP's InMemoryOAuthProvider instead of custom implementation 
Replaced hand-rolled OAuth with FastMCP's battle-tested
InMemoryOAuthProvider. Handles DCR, PKCE, token exchange,
refresh tokens, and revocation out of the box.
