    Complete display-layer rebrand of Paperclip to Nexus — all UI, CLI, and agent template surfaces use Nexus vocabulary with zero-friction onboarding.

    Key accomplishments:

    • Branding package (packages/branding/) with centralized VOCAB constant
    • All UI components/pages use Workspace/Project Manager/Owner/Add/Remove vocabulary
    • CLI output fully rebranded to Nexus
    • Single-step onboarding wizard (root directory only, auto-creates PM + Engineer agents)
    • ~/.nexus pointer-file mechanism with ~/.paperclip fallback
    • Human-readable agent workspace directories
    • PM and Engineer agent template bundles

    4 phases, 12 plans, 27 requirements satisfied.
